What if I see a pest after treatment?

Give it about a week. It is common to still see signs of pests after our initial treatment, but if you continue to see pests give us a call or send an email and we can decide the best course of action. Most treatments come with a warranty and follow-ups are likely covered.

Is there any odour when you spray for pests?

There is a mild odour when we spray for Insects, simply request that your technician leaves windows open while treating and the smell will dissipate rapidly after treatment.

Are Termites a problem in the Fraser Valley?

While Termites are a massive problem for people all over the world, especially our neighbors in the Okanagan, we rarely if ever see Termites in the Fraser Valley. Carpenter ants are much more common, and while they aren’t quite as large of an issue as a termite infestation, Carpenter Ant Infestations will require a professional treatment plan to remove.
