At The Bugman, we understand that when you’re as busy as a bee you don’t have time to call everyone to compare pricing, so we wanted to make it a little easier by providing you with our ballpark prices.
However, please keep in mind that these are not definitive prices, and each situation is different. Prices may change based on the severity of an infestation, the size of a property, or the city you live in. For a more precise price, please call our office to discuss your situation.
Our rodent control program is designed to reduce rodent activity around your home using strategically placed exterior bait stations. The service begins with an on-site consultation and full setup, where our technician will assess your property, identify areas of rodent activity, and install bait stations around the exterior of your home as needed. If you decide not to go ahead with the 4 visits you will only be charged the consultation fee.
Pricing is based on the size of your home. We start by providing a quote based on your house size. In some cases, our technician may determine that additional bait stations are required—for example, if the property is larger than average, surrounded by high-activity areas, or showing elevated rodent activity. If additional stations are needed, the technician will review any pricing adjustments with you on site before proceeding.
Our initial program includes the consultation, bait station setup, and four service visits. We schedule these visits every 1–4 weeks depending on activity levels. This schedule is important because we use a multi-feed bait, which requires rodents to feed consistently for approximately 3–6 weeks before a noticeable decrease in activity occurs. Because of this schedule, the initial service program typically lasts between 1 and 3 months.
After the package visits are completed, we will provide a recommendation based on the level of rodent activity and control achieved. At that point, you may choose to continue with service on a per-visit basis or end the program and have the equipment removed. Our office will send a detailed email at the completion of your package outlining our recommendations, available service options, and applicable pricing.
Once the rodent population is under control, many clients move to monthly or bi-monthly maintenance visits to help prevent future infestations.

Ant infestations may take 1-3 visits to resolve, which are covered by the 6-month warranty.
