Raccoon Relocation
At The Bugman Pest Control, we understand that trash pandas can be a nuisance, so if you’ve got one roaming through your yard or hiding under your deck, give us a call at 604-854-2847 and we’ll do our best to relocate it.
To catch a raccoon, we set up a live trap with marshmallows as bait and once it has been caught we will return to relocate it to a more suitable habitat far away from your home.
Skunk Relocation
We don’t want you to go through life smelling like a skunk so if you’ve got one making a home in your backyard, give Bugman a call at 604-854-2847 so that we can put an end to the smell.
To catch a skunk, we set up a live trap with a peanut butter cup as bait, and once it has been caught we will return to relocate it to a more suitable habitat far away from your home.
Squirrel Relocation
Are squirrels eating all the food in your garden and chewing their way into the attic? If so, give Bugman a call at 604-854-2847 and we’ll do our best to catch it before your garden is empty and your attic is destroyed.
To catch a squirrel, we set up a live trap with a peanut butter cup as bait, and once it has been caught we will return to relocate it to a more suitable habitat far away from your home.
Pigeon Exclusion
Keeping pigeons off of your property can be a very difficult task, luckily, we have a few tricks up our sleeve to help prevent pigeons from landing on your home:
Pigeon Netting: We can use a net to block off an area of any size so that pigeons can no longer access or build a nest. This is a great option for full pigeon exclusion.
Pigeon Spikes: We can install pigeon spikes along the roof tip or window sills to prevent pigeons from landing in the area.

Wildlife Frequently Asked Questions
Do I still have to pay if you do not catch an animal?
We charge an initial set-up fee when we set up the cage for the first time, and then a relocation fee when we catch the animal. If we do not successfully catch the animal, you only pay the initial set-up fee.
What if there is more than one animal to catch & relocate?
We can reset the trap after we relocate the first animal. You are not charged for another set-up fee, you are only charged the relocation fee once we catch another animal.
What if an animal is caught on the weekend?
We only set up cages on Monday & Tuesday to prevent wildlife from being caught on the weekend.
However, if it happens, you can send us a text and we’ll have a technician out the same day.
Where do you relocate the animal to?
We relocate the animal to a habitat that is more suitable for them and is, at minimum, 8 KM away from your home.
What do you use as bait?
We find that peanut butter cups will work to catch raccoons, skunks, and squirrels!
Do Pigeon Spikes Keep Pigeons Away?
Pigeon spikes are a great way to prevent pigeons from roosting on a ledge or a roofline.
However, pigeon spikes will not deter them from flying in the area. It will only deter them from landing.
