They did a great job and were very friendly and helpful. The only reason i didn't give 5 stars is because the guy spraying inside had a full blown respirator on but started spraying while I was standing right there trying to get my kid and my dog out of the house. This made me uncomfortable considering we were told to vacate the house for 2 hours. Other than that, the treatment seems to have been successful so far and we were told to give them a call if anything more came up.

Bugman Pest Control Services were referred to me by a good friend. When I called Bugman Brice was clear in explaining what our problem was-carpenter ants-and the treatment. He sent two young people who turned up on time, explained what they were going to do and the measures we should take and performed their task with quiet efficiency.

The office didn't tell me to be prepared to leave the house for 4 hours. The exterminator was very nice and pleasant, and patient as I gathered up the kids. Easy & efficient company to deal. Work guaranteed for 6 months, so that's a great added bonus.
